All sales are final except in certain specific circumstances and at the discretion of the instructor.
Payment must be made before any services can be rendered.
24-hours notice is required for all cancellations (including illness) or the service will be charged. If the student can be rescheduled within the same week, every effort will be made to do so.
If the student is tardy, the instructor will wait for 10 minutes before leaving; however, the student will be charged for the entire allotted time.
